Summary: | 碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the impact of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of officers and contractual employees of Ha Noi authority for Planning and Investment (HAPI). Survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 150 out of 300 officers and contractual employees of HAPI. Respondents were selected through convenience sampling. Data will be analysed by using statistical package for social science (SPSS) software 22.0. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), correlation and regression analyses revealed that six factors of Job satisfaction that have signification positive impact on organizational commitment in HAPI. They are work factor, training and advancement opportunities factor, salary factor, leadership factor, co-worker factor and work condition.
The thesis also provides solutions to improve the Job satisfaction in HAPI to increase the satisfaction level of employees. Moreover, recommendations for future research and practice were also presented.
