| Summary: | 碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 107 === This study researches about the factors impacting loyalty of the mining workers in Dong Bac Corporation. This study does the survey with all workers working in Dong Bac Corporation. Cronchbach’s Alpha, Exploration Factor Analysis and Regression model as well are applied to explain the statistic value of factors. There are five factors considered in this research. They are the relationship with the supervisor, the recognistion and rewards, teamwork and cooperation, the working condition and the loyalty. After using the necessary technique, it is pointed out that relationship with the supervisor, the recognistion and rewards, teamwork and cooperation, the working condition and the loyalty have statistically significant impact on the loyaty of the workers. The purpose of the research is to provide the empirical results about the factors influencing on the loyalty of the mining workers in Dong Bac Corporation and the Vietnamese firms as well.
