| Summary: | 碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 107 === Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) was established provide the policy-based lending from the Government to serve the poor. As of 31/8/2017, over the past 15 years, there have been over 30 million poor households and other policy beneficiaries that gained access to the funding of VBSP. This study uses quantitative methods, using questionnaires and multivariate regression methods to o identify factors affecting the quality of policy-based lending of VBSP Mong Cai and varying degrees of influence. of these factors. As the results of the research, here are 7 major factors that to the quality of policy-based credit at VBSP Mong Cai branch, including: credit policy of VBSP Mong Cai branch, legal policy system, capacity of the bank, information of the bank’s policy-based lending, coordination of the authorities, the capacity and ability of the policy beneficiaries and the socio-economic environment with separate significant influences. Based on this result, the research proposed some solutions to improve the quality of policy-based lending at VBSP Mong Cai-Quang Ninh branch.
