Solutions are proposed through analysis and evaluation to improve the efficiency of training human resources in the company. The combination of quantitative, qualitative and modeling methods partially helps to give people the most accurate view of the process and efficiency of human resource training and management at Uong Bi Thermal Power Company as well as promote the existing model strengths of the organization and overcome the unnecessary restrictions for the company’s increasing development.
