Thus, among other methods of transportation, sea transportation becomes more and more effective way to boost the worldwide trading in globalization. Vietnam has established its diplomatic relations with 187 countries out of 193 members of the UN. It has built a network of strategic partnerships with 15 countries and comprehensive partnerships with 10 countries, including 5 permanent members of the UN Security Council. Therefore, Sea transportation of Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh province in particulars has got a lot of benefit from the globalization and take good opportunities to join the international shipping market. So, in this study, based on the needs and expectation of the customer about sea transportation service, Quang Ninh province will find the ways to improve and enhance the quality of sea transportation service in globalization context. In the structural equation model was proposed to show current status of sea transportation service in Quang Ninh province. Based on the results of factor analysis and linear regression method is well known and widely used in many fields of research, results showed that in five independent variables (competitiveness, geographic location, ship operation & management, corruption, fuel price) just have four variables affect to sea transportation services in Quang Ninh province in globalization context (geographic location, ship operation & management, corruption, fuel price).
