In order to improve the surgical situation, minimally invasive surgery has a new direction.LED has the advantages of long life, high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low power consumption, small size, etc., which makes LEDs as illumination sources for the diagnosis and surgical illumination of endoscopes.In this study, a white LED light source with a single illumination intensity of 450 mcd, a viewing angle of 30 degrees, and a luminous flux of 2.23 lm, combined with a Fresnel lens, designed an LED illumination system with a uniformity of 0.52 and an efficiency of 18.8 %, after combining with the endoscope, can maintain a good illumination at a certain distance.This study can be applied to minimally invasive endoscopic surgery and related fields.
