In this study, the case study method was used to interview the two farmers who used the natural non-toxic agriculture for biopesticide to understand the reasons why farmers chose natural non-toxic agriculture for biopesticide. Considering ecological, soil health, health and safety, pest control cost, pest control effect, capacity gain, product loyalty, this study found that the higher the willingness of farmers to use plant protection agents for biological pesticides, the lower the use of chemical pesticides. The research suggests: 1. Improve biological pesticide regulations; 2. Accelerate the promotion of comprehensive prevention knowledge and effectiveness.
