Taitung County also cooperates with the Environmental Protection Department of the Executive Yuan to promote the project of “Low Carbon Sustainable Home Certification and Evaluation”, including ecological greening, green energy saving, green transportation, low carbon life, resource recycling and sustainable management. Facing and adapting the feasible action items and contents according to local conditions, promote and guide the participation of community villages in the county. This study takes Taitung County as the research target, and focuses on the local characteristics and energy conservation and carbon reduction promoted by Taitung County. The literature analysis method is used to collect data, and then through observation and interview methods. In the context of the community's approach to the implementation of the project and the implementation process, analyze the implementation effectiveness and substantial benefits of the implementation of the relevant energy conservation and carbon reduction actions in the community, and understand the prospects for the future development and development of the community after the implementation of the action, through this study Beyond the localized operational mode of operation, the expectation can serve as a reference for the future promotion of relevant units.
