Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between emotional labor and teaching effectiveness of junior high school teachers in Kinmen County. Based on the highly correlation between emotional labor and teaching effectiveness of junior high school teachers, this study is an empirical survey. The research methodology of this study is a questionnaire-survey. The subjects of this study are those teachers who serve in junior high school teachers in academic-year 2018, 180 valid copies were collected. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Pearson’s correlation analysis. The 3 results of the study for junior high school teachers in Kinmen County were shown as follows:
1. Those teachers’ emotional labor is middle-high level and “regulations of
learning emotional labor” gets the highest score.
2. Those teachers’ teaching effectiveness is middle-high level and “strategy
of teaching” gets the highest score.
3. The correlation between those teachers’ emotional labor and teaching
effectiveness is middle-high level.
Finally, the educational implications of this study and recommendations for future study are also proposed.
