In the way of narrative and inquiry, the researcher's own job-seeking experience is included, which includes the experience and mood of the wandering teacher, diary, and interviews to collect research participants. From recording the process of wandering teachers seeking faculty to wandering around, in the dilemma of the description and exploration of the spiritual level, and interviewing two other wandering teachers, the description of the spiritual level is analyzed in the same time and space background. To understand and explore the history of their spiritual transformation, so that the wandering teachers can better understand the value of their spiritual level. The purpose of this study is to explore the reasons why street teachers choose to work as faculty members, the journey of wandering between different schools, especially the feeling of serving as an informal teacher, and the mood of facing the exam and facing the future life direction. The process of pursuit, etc. It is hoped that through the process of narrative, we can repeatedly reflect on and encourage ourselves to bravely pursue the goals and ideals of life, and encourage the wandering teachers who have the same course to bravely pursue their dreams. The results of the study are to analyze the data, and the results of the research can be divided into the following points: 1. Weaving the teacher's career history: Due to the influence of the small living environment and the different stages of the growth process, the cognition of the "teacher" industry was moved by the father's educational philosophy and engaged in teaching. 2. The mentality of the wandering teachers: Under the premise of the reduction of the formal teachers, the wandering teachers are working hard for the lack of examinations every year, the work is unstable; the salary is less than the formal teachers, in order to work every year, they need to travel and wander, need to adapt to different schools. Acting teachers are not the same as formal teachers in the appointment system; professionalism and identity are often questioned by parents and formal teachers. 3. The wandering experience and the pursuit of life direction: Faced with the uncertainty of the proxy shortage, began to reflect on whether they should continue to test and face the difficulties to find support for the strength to go on. Finally, in the process of research and continuous dialogue with life, it is found that the wandering teacher is not only a sad character, but the short-term emotional communication with the students in the process of teaching is worth cherishing. Everyone's life experience is unique. What is pursued is not only the result of becoming a formal teacher,but also the process of finding the direction of life from the wandering; the nutrient of life growth comes from the experience of wandering; the journey of wandering in the process of self-seeking It is indispensable to pursue the beginning of the meaning and concept of life.
