Sampling through office workers who have the fixed employer in Taiwan. Discussing whether trust mediate abusive supervision and employee silence behavior. This research was based on survey technique by online-survay and paperwork, collected 142 valid questionnaires. The data were analyzed by applying statistical methods, SPSS for factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis to validate the research hypothesis. The empirical results were as follows: two factors between abusive supervision to trust and trust to employee silence behavior have valid negative impact. In addition, Trust had completed efficiency as the mediating role between abusive supervision and employee silence behavior by hierarchical regression analysis.
