Another aim was to compare with Japan and Taiwan the system and understood Japanese regional revitalization program. Finally, Analysis of the feasibility of promoting Taiwan's regional revitalization program in study. The method to carry out this study was using documentary analysis and focus group interviews. The study had four research findings as follows. First, regional revitalization is a bottom-up model that needs to work together by all. Second, Taiwan’s policy is partial transplantation Japanese regional revitalization system. Third, from the perspective of the system, the factors and objectives are similar, but there is difference between the two practices and regional revitalization program mechanism design. Finally, Taiwan's regional revitalization program is a possibility of promoting. According to the findings, this study put forward the following suggestions. First, regional revitalization should absorbed in cultivation talents. Moreover, it's should establish legal institutions, authority and website. Lastly, local government should increase its autonomy. To expect suggestions will be substantive help for Taiwan. Regional revitalization can take root in Taiwan.
