Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 觀光事業學系碩士班 === 107 === In recent years, the authorities in several countries are actively propelling creative industry in response to the change of economy and social trends, formulating strategic goals for the transformation and upgrading of key industries. With the promotion of policies, the number of creative industry workers has been apparently growing lately. This research conducts a case study of “Two L-Shaped Distribution Cultural and Creative Clusters in Taipei” policy developed by the Taipei City Government. The research adopts documentaries, field observation, visual data and in-depth interviewing as the method of data collection to make a deeply discussing on the creative industrial policy on the characteristics of creative clustering and the degree of involvement of tourism elements. This study found that creative industries are characterized by creative clustering, including the development of public sector counseling, the promotion of private sector assistance, the aesthetics of public life, the reuse of idle space and the spirit of art education. It also found that tourism is involved in the cultural and creative industries such as tourism resources which are formed by taking advantage of local cultural characteristics and tourists bring economic effects. The results of this study contribute to the theoretical discussion of the creative industries and tourism, as well as provide a reference for the future direction of the public sector.
