Also, most of the existing literature topics deal with interpersonal relationship rather than interpersonal difficulties. Studies subjected interpersonal difficulties counseling are rare, let alone counseling interns’ counseling efficiency. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to figure out the effective common therapeutic factors perceived by the clients with interpersonal difficulties during counseling process with counseling interns. This study uses in-depth interviews as the research method. Three students who suffered from interpersonal problems in universities and graduate school went through 8 counseling sessions with counseling interns whose internships started no more than 6 months ago. In-depth interviews were conducted after each session. The interviews were recorded throughout the entire process, and the recording was transferred to a transcript. Afterwards, the three-stage open coding, axial coding and selective coding are used as data analysis methods. Finally, the coding results are summarized and analyzed. This study found that during the counseling process of interpersonal difficulties, there are a total of 11 common therapeutic factors including support factors, learning factors and action factors. Among them, the "exploration of internal frame of reference" has the highest frequency, followed by "cognitive learning" and " counselors’ warmth, empathy and respect". The study also found that support factors appear before learning factors, while action factors appear after learning factors, which supports the findings of Lambert and Ogles (2004). In addition, the important finding of this study is that learning factors will lead to the emergence of action factors. Based on the above findings, a few suggestions are offered for further research and field work. HSU, YING-SHAO 許瑛玿 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 84 zh-TW
