Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 諮商與工商心理學系碩士班 === 107 === The study aimed to guide employees to "self-aware" in a simple and easy way, just like the treatment process of psychological counseling. Awareness is the first step of change; you have to be self-aware to know where and how you need to change. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to explore whether it was possible to alleviate the negative impact of employees work unfitness on their sense of work meaning by practicing MBCT three-minute breathing under the condition of unchanged work content and conditions, and to propose relevant practical implications for the reference of enterprise managers.
At the same time, the established image of mindfulness, in addition to knowing that it is a way to help yourself become better, has less of the counselings sense of illness and more of a sense of style, especially when students know that the founders and employees of the international famous companies, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, Alibaba, are all in the practice of mindfulness. If I also participate in this practice, is it closer to the successful people? And distinguished from conventional meditation, MBCT three minutes breathing is called mini meditation, easy to learn, without the limitation of time and space, and no religions. As long as a moment of self-view, the feelings of peace and joy can be brought back to work and daily life.
Therefore, courses of MBCT three minutes breathing were designed for 116 office workers of different professions, educational background and age, from the estate companies ranked in the top three in mainland China, hospitals affiliated to famous comprehensive universities ranked in the top ten, state-owned enterprises, and insurance companies with Sino-foreign joint ventures. And took it as the subjects of the questionnaires, finally collected 36 valid questionnaires that completed the pre-test and post-test.
The results showed that:
(1) The unfitness of external conditions and the unfitness of internal conditions had no significant impact on work performance, but they had significant positive impact on turnover intention.
(2) The unfitness of external conditions and the unfitness of internal conditions had a significant negative impact on the sense of work meaning, which further affected the work.
(3) The sense of work meaning had no mediating effect between the unfitness of external conditions and the unfitness of internal conditions, and the work performance and turnover intention. In other words, the sense of work meaning had no lethality or decisive influence on the work performance and turnover intention.
(4) Further explored the moderating effect model of MBCT three minutes breathing on the relationship between the unfitness of external and internal conditions and the sense of work meaning. Results showed that MBCT three-minute breathing exercises had negative effects on the relationship between the unfitness of external conditions, the fitness of internal conditions and the sense of work meaning. Although it was not significant, it did have a protective effect.
