The reason is cause of the communication problem between development team and the customer. As a result, practitioners and researchers realize that the modern projects are not suitable in traditional project and execution. Therefore develop a "lightweight" concept of project management technology - agile method, mainly in a human-centered manner. Carry out a fixed cycle work cycle to achieve flexibility to adapt to the environment or changes in demand, so as to quickly up to high quality products to make customers more satisfied. Although the agile method has been widely used in various fields, in Taiwan the topic and research of agile management is quite lacking. Based on agile methods, this study explores how can make a project successes of agile management, and the agile methods and project success of role in project governance. Thus, surveys online questionnaire by project managers and personnel in various fields. The sampling method was convenient sampling, and the verification hypothesis tool used partial least squares method (partial least squares method). The results of this study found that the agile method has success for the entire project, including project efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and future growth potential. However, the agile methods and project success have not interference in project governance; it shows that both the management and the theoretical agile methods can greatly enhance the success of the project, but the companys own governance orientation will not enhance or weaken the success of the agile project.
