Summary: | 碩士 === 康寧大學 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 107 === This study examines the use benefit of three long-term care programs, such as home, community, and institutional. The subjects who were over 50 years of age through physical health include physical health, physical and mental disabilities, illness, disability, and dementia. Disabled disability, lying in bed, etc. to assess the use of behavior, for the website platform, software programs, product products, hardware firmware, service items, etc. are actually in the long-term care 2.0, and the introduction of home-style, community-style, institutions. The care plan is mainly based on customization, convenience and efficiency to enhance the acceptance and practicality of the silver-haired people. Therefore, 200 questionnaire samples are distributed through questionnaire survey to study motivation intention, service quality, perceived value, and the use benefit.
The results show that the motivation for using long-term care programs is positively related to service quality, perceived value, and the use benefit. From the inside out, it is hoped that the local aging will use the home-based care according to the physical health condition, and then the community-style care. Care, and finally institutional care, so in the three long-term care programs shared services will be based on past experience, Internet word of mouth evaluation, service content projects, facilities and equipment, environmental space planning, location distance, traffic Transport pipelines, etc. to decide.
In the absence of the use of tangible "transportation service", reactive "can fulfill the promise", care "medical equipment, auxiliary equipment" and other issues are on the edge, showing that the facilities and equipment on the service content project is the most important problem to be solved. Although the 60-year-old silver-haired group believes that they need to be cared for, they do not want to be looked down upon and rejected by the society. Therefore, when they encounter difficulties, they will turn to their loved ones and friends for assistance. These results can be used as a reference for improving the behavioral patterns of improved aging services.
