It is important to combine swings and the mechanical theory into a rhythm smoothly, and to prevent sport injuries. The skills can be applied to the court and adapted to local conditions. This study will promote innovative swings for all ages, allowing golfers to re-recognize the smooth swing, and investigate the relationship between smooth swing and prevention of sports injuries, as well as physical and mental health. Golfers recruited from a driving range. Demographic data were collected by a questionnaire, and compared to golfing experiences, i.e. less than 10 years (amateur), and greater than or equal to 10 years (expert). We selected 20 players for the experimental(smooth swing training) and control groups (traditional swing training) by purposive sampling, respectively. The study period was between January 1st and June 30th, 2018. After the six-month course, the difference between these two swing groups and the effectiveness of the golf shot were investigated. The questionnaire response rate is as high as 98% and most of the golfers are with high educational level. The expert-golfers are all males aged 50 years and older (80%), but 40 to 49 years of age for most amateur-golfers. The frequencies of expert-golfers playing in the official stadium, 3 to 4 times and 5 to 6 times per month, are much higher than amateur-golfers, 1 or 2 times or less per month. The results confirm smooth swing training can be used to improve the shooting distance immediately and continuously, compared with the traditional swing. Our study helps to coordinate the swing movement, enhance self-confidence, and prevent possible golf injury. SUNG, TZU-CHING 宋紫晴 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 63 zh-TW |
