Summary:碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士在職專班 === 107 === This study applied the principles and techniques of Delphi method after in-depth interviews with 6 people who have paid attention to long term care to collect opinions from all sides, summarizes and collates 16 important factors of long term care, designs the first stage paper-based questionnaire and distributes it to 60 people who have the ability to work and the economic pillars of their families. The questionnaire is collected according to the important factors they think are. 13 key factors for long term care were summarized as "personnel factor", "institutional software project", "institutional hardware project" and "price factor". A questionnaire suitable for AHP was designed and distributed to 60 people who have the ability to work and the economic pillars of their families. Questionnaire data were then collected for statistical purposes. Computing software packages, the order of weight-oriented values that consumers attach importance to the important factors of long term care is "personnel factor", "price factor", "institutional software project" and "institutional hardware project". The first five weights of 13 items of consumers' attention to long term care are "government subsidies", "more medical services", "reasonable prices", "personnel care and patience" and "personnel specialty", this study proposes 5 specific recommendations accordingly incorporated by reference.
