| Summary: | 碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士在職專班 === 107 === This study mainly uses the Meta-Frontier to evaluate the 2018 election of the mayor of Taiwan and the county, the relative efficiency of the county and mayor's political party management, and the five major facets of the happy city of the world magazine as the input index. The empirical results indicate that the group has 1.241% of production technology inefficiencies. There is 1.755% production technology inefficiency at the Meta-Frontier. The regression analysis of the TGR gap value of the mayor of Taiwan and County in 2018 pointed out that the virtual variables of the municipality directly under the central government have a significant statistical impact on TGR. The results of the election pointed out that in the municipalities directly under the central government, there were gaps in the TGR values of Taipei City, Taichung City and Kaohsiung City, which were all over the 2018 mayoral elections.
