Therefore, based on the subject of business model innovation for mobile social platform, this article researches the business model innovation of Netflix as a case study. The result of this research shows some enlightenment from the business model and the innovation of Netflix as follow: 1. The successful innovation for an enterprise will be the combination of investment innovation and business model innovation. 2. Any innovation of business model element will provide the chance to remodel the entire business model for the enterprise. 3. The enterprise needs to have an insight into the change of environment and consumers.
