The inefficiency of scale is the main source of inefficiency in the “if the hair salon chain”. The average value of the productivity index effch, techch, pech, sech, tfpch is 1.0230, 0.9823, 1.0134, 1.0110 and 1.0054, respectively, representing a 0.54% increase in productivity if the hair salon chain stores.
