| Summary: | 碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 流行設計系碩士班 === 107 === This study mainly uses Malmquist's productivity index to evaluate the efficiency and productivity index of five branches of the “IF Hair Salon Chain Store” in 105-106. The empirical results indicate that the average CSR, VRS, and SE levels of the “Women Salon Chain Store” are 0.936, 0.979, and 0.956, respectively. The inefficiency of scale is the main source of inefficiency in the “if the hair salon chain”. The average value of the productivity index effch, techch, pech, sech, tfpch is 1.0230, 0.9823, 1.0134, 1.0110 and 1.0054, respectively, representing a 0.54% increase in productivity if the hair salon chain stores.
