For civil engineering, such as aerial work vehicles, pile drivers, etc., it is the scope of application. Therefore, this research will be conducted by the United Telecommunications Institute. The electronic level of production is the research object, and it is hoped that the research and development efficiency and cost of the engineering level can be improved by this research. In this study, the application of Kano mode will improve the research and development efficiency of the level and the accuracy of R&D resource allocation. In the past, the Kano mode was mostly applied to the quality improvement requirements of the use side. This study will use the Kano mode and the I-S Model mode. Find out the quality of the product and the order of importance. The goal is to enable R&D units to reduce the inefficient resource betting during R&D and reduce the unclear factors in R&D, so that R&D efficiency and quality can be improved. The reduction of policies and resources will also reduce the burden on subsequent manufacturing chains and supply chains, and increase the overall cost of products and companies in R&D, manufacturing, production, and materials, and the final analysis will be based on the actual data analyzed. Applied to product improvement and research and development, not only can effectively reduce the unclear factors in research and development, shorten the product development time, and improve product competitiveness from various quality aspects.
