In addition, this paper specifically points out that foreign and Taiwan businessmen should make good use of the following recruitment channels to match labor and enterprises:
1. Introduction of relatives and friends
2. Internet Banking
3. Newspapers, magazines and advertisements
4. Headhunter company
Finally, it reminds us that with the possible migration of heavy industry or high-tech industries into Vietnam in the future, The Vietnamese government should do a good job in providing and nurturing relevant talents, and should not transfer all responsibilities to foreign or Taiwanese businessmen. Otherwise, Vietnam's seemingly inexpensive labor costs hide many other invisible social costs, such as strikes and unknown risks of labor rights struggle.
