| Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 107 === Information systems have been broadly used by various fields in business. This research focuses on the case study of vehicle sales and retail industry, presents detailed analysis on the process of the implement of ERP system. The organization of the case study has thirteen years of records in history. According to the figures on its ERP system, the annual numbers of vehicle sales and the annual sales performance have been increasing every year. Although there was a period of time during the integration of regulations and information system, a lot of employees resigned and could not adapt well; however, after two years of encouraging, employees’ training and education, and performance measurers determination, the employees adapted and accepted the assistance of information system; moreover, the former resigned employees tended to come back and work in an environment with well-established structure. The purpose of this research emphasizes more on how ERP system solves errors caused by humans, and how ERP system improves the management obstacles on humanity and morality aspects.
