Main research of this thesis is that Vehicle lamp with different thickness will affect the contraction rate and Warpage in PA6_TECHNYL_C 218_V30_Rhodia and PA6_TECHNYL_C 218_V50_Rhodi , hope to find out the most ideal injection parameters.In this thesis we will also discuss Packing, Warpage , welding line , Flow balance ,gate stress and product stress , Those topics will be the key point of this research analysis. After running the simulation analysis from Moldex3D. The final results could help calculate what's defect will happen in different thickness of this material, assist to drcrease developing time and lower production cost, also will improve reliability and the strength of the product itself , make the product become competitive.
