The prosperity of non-profit organizations is mainly due to the diversification of social values and the rapid changes in the environment. The society has expressed or created some needs, which need to be completed by enterprises that cannot be operated entirely by the business, and cannot be completed by government agencies. Therefore, people with lofty ideals form a group to try to solve social problems in order to achieve their ideals of contribution. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the activities of rotary members in the community. The Study of relationship among Personality Traits, Participation Motive, and Organizational Commitment. In this study, a questionnaire survey to collect research data and rotary members were interviewed. Convenient sampling method was used to issue 300 questionnaires, and the questionnaire filled in with false and incomplete information was deducted. 268 valid questionnaires, effective questionnaire rate of 89.33%. Using the statistical software package SPSS 22.0 statistical methods of data processing, through the reliability analysis, the sample descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis of empirical analysis. The results demonstrated the following: 1.Personality traits have significant positive impact on participation motive. 2.Personality traits have significant positive impact on organizational commitment. 3.Participation motive have significant positive impact on organizational commitment.
