| Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 107 === This study is aimed to explore the relationship among leisure participation, work adjustment and well-being of the military personnel in a military institute of technology. Different context variables (gender, rank and seniority) were discussed with leisure participation, work adjustment and well-being of the military personnel in a military instrument of technology to see the discrimination. A survey was conducted in this research to get the data for the statistical analysis. The quantitative data was used for descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, Independent-Sample T Test, correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The result of this study are stated as the following:
1. Different context variables (gender, rank and seniority) have significant difference with leisure participation, work adjustment and well-being.
2. Military personnel's work adjustment has significant difference with leisure participation.
3. Military personnel's leisure participation has significant difference with well-being.
4. Military personnel's work adjustment has significant difference with well-being.
