Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 107 === In order to increase students’ learning quality, professional skills and employment capability, this study develops a circuit board practical training simulation software aiming at assisting teachers in teaching, improving students learning effect and cultivating more qualified students with developing microcontroller product capabilities. In this thesis, the proposed practical training simulation software adopts the main control circuit boards of three types of microcontroller application professional certificates including microcontroller, digital logical circuitry design, and welding circuitry as the learning targets and utilizes Visual Basic programming language as the developing tool. The thesis includes six chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the study background, motivations and contributions of the thesis. Chapter 2 presentsthe design methods of the circuit board practical training simulation software, the user interface, and programming techniques.Chapter 3, 4 and 5 introduce the design principles and experimental results of the microcontroller, digital logical circuitry design and welding circuitry main control circuit boards respectively, which were developed by Taiwan Embedded Microcontroller Development Institute (TEMI).In addition, this thesis provides the teaching supplementary simulation software for the examination questions of these three types of microcontroller application certifications. Chapter 6 gives the conclusions and discussions. The proposed circuit board practical training simulation software mainly consists of eight functions, such as checking the layout of the main control circuit board, setting the two-point connections , modifying/clearing the connections, timing calculation, simulating the welding routes, displaying the circuitry, re-execution and exit. As for the teaching supplementary simulation software, six main functions are included, such as displaying technical principle examination questions, displaying circuit board examination questions, practical training principle examination questions, practical training circuit board examination questions, return and exit. The designed training tool can benefit students with three aspects: 1. Learning wireless remote control robots, self-tracking vehicles, digital circuit design, and electronic welding related professional technologies, 2. increasing the passing rates of three microcontroller application authentications, and 3. promoting education quality and cultivating more qualified microcontroller application professionals.
