Because it is planned to be in the soil and water conservation area, the water conservation plan must be submitted to the Executive Soil and Water Conservation Bureau,Council of Agriculture,Executive Yuan Review for approval before the project can be started. In the soil and water conservation area, where there is a large drainage ditch in the hinterland of the construction, the area of the hinterland is insufficient. Therefore, it is planned to divert the road to meet the required area of the building. However, after the diversion, does the plan in line with the soil and water conservation slopes meet the regulatory requirements? This paper plans to use the soil and water conservation method, soil and water conservation technical specifications, soil and water conservation law implementation rules and soil and water conservation plan review and supervision methods, and conduct regulations analysis methods to check the water and soil conservation facilities, drainage and detention facilities, and slope stability. Facilities, retaining structures, etc., to ensure that the water protection facilities in the case meet the regulatory requirements.
