The industrial robots will be the mainly workforces in the future. Following the development of IoT technology, factories are able to collect and analyze relative data in terms of manufacture and consumption. Big data can be used for promoting the production efficiency and improving the item quality. The artificial intelligent automation is also helpful to cost down the transaction costs. The point of the thesis is based on upgrading the efficiency of existing warehouse systems. In this paper, the efficiency testing is done with the high precision robotic arm equipped with tools. Other testing environments are also included, such as the PLC transmission belt, barcode, warehouse management database, and graphical user interface.
