Description
Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 環境工程研究所 === 107 === Air pollution is one of the most important issues that all the people must face together. There are three main sources of air pollution in Taiwan: one-third from overseas pollution (mainly from China), one-third from mobile sources of vehicles, and the remaining one-third from exhaust gas from factories and power plants. This study mainly analyzed the long-term trends of air quality in surrounding areas affected by air pollutants emitted from low-pollution vehicle demonstration areas (LPVDAs) in Kaohsiung. The analytical data were NO2, O3, PM2.5, SO2, and NOX pollutants emitted from the LPVDAs during 2009-2018 by EPA air quality monitoring stations and others. This study calculated the annual average to establish a time-series data, de-seasonal and moving average approaches. According to the values of NO2, O3, PM2.5, SO2 and NOX, the graph showed the trends of long-term concentration change, and then discussed the changes of air quality pollutants after transporting vehicles with the LPVDAs. The results showed that the trends of NO2, O3, PM2.5, SO2 and NOX were all increased at Kaohsiung Port, Central District Resource Recycling Plant, Renwu Waste Recycling (Incineration) Plant, Southern District Resource Recycling Plant, and Okayama Waste Recycling (Incineration) Plant, etc.. In summation, the government of Kaohsiung City controls the transportation of vehicles in the LPVDAs, and the significant reduction of air pollutants helps to improve air quality.
