Description
Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 107 === Due to the tropical and subtropical climates in Taiwan and the interaction between the Philippine sea plate and Eurasia plate, there exist many high mountains over 3,000 meters in height which causes Taiwan's climate and ecology diversified, also its forest resources are quite rich. The climate was very unstable recently because of the intensification of global warming effects. In addition, the mid-south part of Taiwan is relatively dry from from October to March every year. Once a fire breaks out, the fire is easy to spread because of the terrain, the wind and combustibles. Generally, it is the best time to fight against the forest fire in the early stage of the fire. Later on, the fire-fighting often became difficult caused by the terrain. In practice, taking aerial firefighting is the most effective method now; however, there is a certain risk in aerial firefighting. The risk management system has been promoted to the all grassroots units in the army recently. Especially for the aviation forces, risk management technique for the flight safety is one of the most important issues. Therefore, the present study uses qualitative research methods to collect the data for the flight safety from domestic and foreign units. Then, draft outline for materials of deep-interview on forest firefighting using CH47-SD helicopter, and analyze the risk factors for the flight safety in the forest fire extinguishing via interviewing specialists expected to extract their extensive experience and skills in a domain of knowledge on flight safety to improve the efficiency of firefighting considering risk controls.
