Faced with the severe employment situation, how to cultivate the employment values of college students and improve their employability, and guide their smooth employment has become a hot spot for many scholars in recent years. Based on this, this study uses cross-strait college students as research objects to conduct research on the employment problems of cross-strait college students. This study mainly discusses the correlation between the employability of cross-strait college students and the anticipatory psychological contract in the graduation employment of cross-strait college students, and uses the working values as the adjustment variables to study students from both sides of the university in 2019. Therefore, this study uses a questionnaire survey method to collect data. In this study, 500 questionnaires were sent out and 454 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS was used to carry out t test and hierarchical regression analysis, and the results showed that :(1) Students from good schools, professional and personal abilities corresponding to their jobs also have higher expectations of anticipatory psychological contract; (2) Work values will directly affect the anticipatory psychological contract; (3) Work values reflect the high and low level of hierarchy,there is positive adjustment for high employability and anticipatory psychological contract. Based on the research results, this study proposes further discussion and suggestions for the follow-up research.
