The enterprise and the government proposed in abundance industry 4.0 “the innovation” and “the conformity” the system service promotes the industrial competitive power. This research by the nature depth interview collection text mode, the research science and technology industry inducts the personnel positioning system to apply in the personnel manages to 3 different unit 6 superintendents, 3 different unit 6 staffs produce the view viewpoint, the manner, why do the psychology feel and attack? Finally proposes the concrete conclusion and the suggestion again to this research. Finally aims at this research conclusion separately to manage the superintendent again to the enterprise below to propose suggested: (1) listens attentively to the staff aspiration, explains the clear personnel positioning system overall essence significance to them; (2) system hardware should in front of induction propose the staff work custom investigation, takes the design and the purchase reference; (3) system retention function extendibility, but cannot lose the essential goal and the significance.Front will do intends for the future enterprise to induct the personnel positioning system wisdom administrative personnel to establish refers.
