This study mainly analyzes the investment strategy of Tainan City in small-scale builders, in recent years, Tainan's major construction and continuous development of transportation network completed, such as large-scale rezoning, science parks, industrial zones, green energy science city, railway underground, MRT system and other major construction, Let Tainan life circle function more powerful and Tainan City land prices and six municipalities prices compared to the relatively low to attract other cities builders have rushed secure a foothold in Tainan to buy land, resulting in Tainan City land prices have risen, Tainan small builders in the land because of limited financial, low leverage, What kind of business strategy should be used to meet the competition of other cities builders and analyze the displacement of land purchase strategies in Tainan City due to the high lying competition environment of other cities builders. After collecting relevant literature and tainan market research and sorting, this study first made a preliminary introduction to the pattern of tainan small construction companies, then developed the relevant issues for in-depth interviews, and deeply explored how small construction companies should find appropriate positioning and competitiveness generated by different product planning in a highly competitive environment. Ultimately, through this study we found that a small construction company in the other cities builders to Tainan hunting ground of competition, can with a number of small builders strategic alliance to grow the amount of capital against other cities builders and joint contracting mode reduces build costs or to the original Tainan County land prices lower local development and the development of state real estate is not the same commodity, the study available to recommend future reference and follow-up study of the investment and operational Tainan small construction company.
