Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 觀光運輸學院碩士在職專班 === 107 === Although there have been many studies on the human factors of airline maintenance personnel, there are few researchers who focus on the relationship between shift system and fatigue signs. Most of the research only measures fatigue symptoms by self-scale, and there is no ink on the physiological mechanism of its formation. It also makes it impossible for high-level management personnel to invest resources in specific management policies. This study uses literature review and collation to discuss the fatigue symptoms of aircraft maintenance engineers in airlines. The wireless transmission technology has matured. Various sports bracelets or medical portable monitoring instruments are in the ascendant. Management can consider purchasing. Simple measurement instruments, and hired appropriate personnel to operate, long-term observation of big data trends. In the past, most studies on the fatigue of shifters were conducted by questionnaire. Since fatigue is a subjective experience, the current assessment of fatigue depends on the scale and consultation methods to quantify and evaluate. Such scales often fail to distinguish between subjective perceptions and objective assessments, and such scales often represent long-term cumulative effects. In the current study, there is a lack of study on the working hours, work stress, physiological indicators and fatigue of shift workers. It is also rare to study the objective physiological indicators of early fatigue detection of shift workers. Therefore, this study suggests that for the work characteristics of shift workers, different bio-monitoring models can be used to detect and eradicate the possible fatigue factors and scientifically quantify them. Analyze and verify, optimize the shift staff scheduling system to strengthen safety management, and then extend to the fatigue monitoring of long-term shift personnel to avoid the subsequent accidents.
