Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 觀光運輸學院碩士在職專班 === 107 === The number of aircraft in the world is increasing day by day, corresponding to the trend of the international aviation market booming, aircraft operations are growing rapidly, and the demand for maintenance market is also increasing. However, if you want to gain a foothold in the repair market, personal repair certificates for aircraft repair station and maintenance personnel are indispensable. Early Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) maintenance licenses were the mainstream of the market, and as the quality requirements for flight safety became higher and higher, the international maintenance market required standards to shift to the higher standards of the European Aviation Safety Administration (European). Aviation Safety Agency, EASA) License System. In the face of the vast majority of countries in the world have implemented the EASA standard license system, Taiwan's civil aviation regulations followed the US FAA system early, domestic airlines to win international maintenance contracts with the existing system, it is difficult to have favorable competitive conditions. In view of this, the Civil Aviation Administration of Taiwan (CAA) began to study the transformation of the maintenance license system into the EASA standard in 2008. During the period, the aviation industry was jointly convened to jointly develop the plan, and the new system will be fully implemented in July 2016. Maintenance license system. This study begins with a discussion of EASA, FAA, CAA, and HKCAD(Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department)requirements for maintenance licenses, training requirements, and how airlines can reduce maintenance personnel's access to maintenance certificates by training period. Taiwan's maintenance system has always used the US FAA system, but the regulations used are different from international practices, and the specifications are less clear. In recent years, it has been influenced by the international influence and is in line with international standards. Therefore, in November 2008, the Civil Aviation Authority convened a group of domestic aviation industry to jointly promote the conversion of the EASA license system to the "ground mechanics license system and training institutions (Part 66, 147)" promotion group. And study the relevant provisions of the license conversion operation. This will enhance the development of the domestic aviation maintenance industry. This study explores the need for research training, training curriculum and curriculum improvement under the new regulations, so as to improve the quality of training and the degree of graduates, so that the quality of the students is more in line with the needs of their work.
