Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the mastery of capital, expertise and human resource of enterprises under the trend of globalization, and the feedback to society and the environment, in order to optimize resource utilization and maximize corporation value. This study applied the key indicators of a technology industry company D's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report to establish a research structure, and by applyed the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to design a questionnaire for investigation and analyze. It is expected to find accurate CSR indicators and according to the result to prioritize (allocate) enterprisement resources. In this study, we applied AHP to understand the companies that improved governance mechanisms and implemented social responsibilities to improve financial performance and company value simultaneously. The result point out that "Supplier Sustainability Management", "Information System Security Management" and "Energy Management" are three of the most important indicators for the expert and management to consider sustainable business operations.Hope that the results of this study could provide academics and enterprises to face the CSR's sustainable operation. To achieve the goal of sustainable operation.
