Education is to improve the quality of the nation’s future talent. Low birth rate is causing national security problem and difficulty in school management. Therefore, teachers must improve student learning effectiveness to develop the talent that the nation needs. Different background variables have no significant difference on views of teacher social networking behavior. 5.Different background variables have no significant difference on teaching effectiveness. Finally, this study provides the following suggestions from the conclusions of the study: 1.School should invest resources in combination with modern national security technology to create a virtual social networking behavior for professional military teaching. 2.Motivate teachers to establish a professional military social group for resource integration and sharing of teaching experiences. 3.Improve the teachers’ military professionalism and career development through conferences and studies. 4.School should provide teachers with more resources and support in order to develop teacher’s individual professionalism and improve teaching effectiveness.
