| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 107 === The significant downgrading of fertility in all developing countries in the world is an irreversible phenomenon. In the past few years, Taiwan’s employment rate has increased year by year due to the widening gap between the rich and the poor, rising prices, national income and economic growth. Under the trend that the concept of not having children is becoming more and more popular, the decline in the birth rate of newborns has also had a serious impact on the related preschool education industry. It is an indisputable fact that the operating pressure of kindergartens has become larger. Therefore, there are many kindergartens and think about the trend of transformation. It is hoped that through various innovative ways and strategies to enhance competitiveness and business performance. This study used AHP and DEMATEL two research methods to study the early childhood education experience and actual interviews of the team for more than 20 years, and selected four important factors affecting the operation of early childhood education, such as teacher quality, tuition income, business methods and government decrees. The analysis of the four research facets shows that the kindergartens management mode has a decisive influence. Because the advantages and disadvantages of the business mode directly have a certain incentive and preference for the parents of the students to choose kindergarten, how to strengthen the planning of the business mode and design, will be an important key factor to improve the performance of the early childhood education industry.
