The purpose of junior high school and elementary school education is to develop the nation’s future talents. In order to raise the quality of the nation’s future talents, education must improve student learning effectiveness. Moreover, with the trend of the times and the progress of technology, the forms of social networking are quite different from before. Therefore, this study aims to explore the effect of networking behavior on learning effectiveness in junior high students. Targeting the researcher’s students as samples, there are 138 valid questionnaires. Through the purpose of the research, the literary exploration along with empirical analysis of sampled questionnaires, this study finds that: 1. Student internal and external networking behavior and learning effectiveness all meet high reliability standards. 2. There is a positive correlation between student internal and external networking behavior and learning effectiveness. 3. Different networking behavior has significant effect on learning effectiveness, supporting H1 hypothesis. 4. Student internal networking behavior has significant effect on learning effectiveness, supporting H1-1 hypothesis. 5. Student external networking behavior has significant effect on learning effectiveness, supporting H1-2 hypothesis. 6.
