This study adopts the focus of qualitative research, invites professors, teachers and parents of early childhood education to conduct three-way dialogues, allowing the personnel of production, government and academic circles to conduct face-to-face dialogues. The discussion mainly discusses the public kindergartens attached to the kindergartens. Does the maintenance service personnel influence the socio-economic status of the southern and northern regions? The study found that: 1.Public kindergartens with kindergarten teachers can provide free living, the same salary is not much different between the north and the south, the difference lies in the urban-rural gap and personal money, and the socio-economic status is in the middle of society. 2. There is little difference in culture and customs between the north and the south, and language use is more related to urban-rural disparity and family education, and has little to do with the north and the south. 3. The background of growth has a profound impact on the teaching methods of teachers, and the educational level affects the professional performance of teachers. 4.Parents respect or not to see the degree of teacher pay, but the degree of respect for teachers is smaller than that of kindergartens, but the status of public kindergarten teachers is positively improved. The research suggests: 1.The socioeconomic status research should be carried out in a quantitative manner. 2.The government should shorten the difference between urban and rural areas, rather than the difference between the north and the south. 3.
