Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 國際企業學系 === 107 === In the April of 2018﹐The ministry of home affair(Interior) has declared a news to the world by internet that Taiwan is moving forward into a super senior society.The population rate of over 65 years aged person has occupied 14.05% on March of 2018﹐It has reached the "old age society" as defined by the World Health Organization.In another word﹐One of seven person is an old aged and the population rate of old aged will be risen up to 20% after eight years at 2026.It will be a ultra-aged society as Korea,Japan,Singapore and parts of Europe. Obviously,It’s a fact to be aware that Taiwan is going to be an aged society and we have to face a problem of “home care aged person”.Hence,The demand of foreign care worker has increased largely but how to get a suitable foreign care worker is serious subject which must be faced by family and labour agent.
Most of foreign home-care workers are coming from Indonesia at moment so Indonesian worker of home-care is the subject for us to research it .According to the existing policy of importing foreign home-care worker and the rule of management of labour agent from government﹐we found it is a trouble and stress issue for family and also a big loss for agent when it happens to replace a new foreign employee but awaiting for one to two months.
This research is going to study a series of literature and reports concern about foreign home-care worker to get fully understanding of what factors to decide how to select a suitable foreign home-care worker. Also questionnaire by culture adaptation,working ability,appearance with an Analytic Hierarchy Process to find out those key factors is our target of this research.
