Summary:碩士 === 國立金門大學 === 管理學院事業經營碩士在職專班企業管理組 === 107 === This study selects the career transfer of the baking entrepreneurs, conducts the study of the career transition process, explores the key factors and challenges of the career transition process, and finds out the solutions or methods for the baking entrepreneurs to face difficulties and challenges in the career transition process. In this study, the qualitative research was conducted with semi-structured interviews and in-depth interviews with the study participants; the interview data was collated and analyzed by the holistic-content method of the narrative analysis. Organizing and analyzing results enhances trustworthiness through feedback from research participants. The results of the study found that: 1. Interest is the main reason for the career changer to choose the baking industry, and profit or self-realization is the reason for choosing entrepreneurship. 2. The history of the career transition process varies from case to case. 3. Career conversion Personal factors include interest, family responsibilities, turnover intention and achievement needs; family support is an important factor for research participants with spouses; activism is the pursuit of profit and self-realization. 4. In the face of difficulties and challenges, "learning", "practice" and "face" are the best ways to cope. Based on the above findings, advising the plan to use baking entrepreneurship as a career transfer, entrepreneurship related policies, for future researchers.
