碩士 === 國立金門大學 === 土木與工程管理學系碩士班 === 107 === The Quemoy battlefield culture is the world from "hot war" to "cold war" to the current stage of "peaceful coexistence", the most complete and best preserved demonstration site, but also the world's only rare war cultural sites.How to reuse the existing military landscape, rebuild the value of the tunnel through its historical significance, spatial text and cultural sightseeing, and realize the regional economic redevelopment?However, the current planning process is subjective, which requires the new methodology to demonstrate the proposed countermeasures in an objective, scientific and systematic way, and apply the TRIZ of systematic and creative thinking to the development and planning process of the multi-objective tourism park, thus triggering the research motivation of this paper. This study using the method of literature review and case analysis, field investigation, the methods of TRIZ, re-examine the significance of military site reuse, predominantly jiugong gallery main scope, for example, using the theory of TRIZ, issues and countermeasures are put forward on the jiugong tunnel regional planning, put forward transformation space attribute, integrate the surrounding resources, regional planning, more interactive way of play, rest space increased importance, and increasing conforms to modern life function and leisure sightseeing, catering area extending the Quemoy military tourist resources reuse substance, promote the development of tourism of the Quemoy,Hope as the Quemoy battlefield cultural tourism development planning outline formed.
