After the pension reform, police officers should try to "make old and be full" in the case of considering pensions. As a result, the entire police manpower will be aging, and the administrative efficiency and innovation ability of the police system will be affected. For this purpose, from 2014 to 2018, the police officers of the Fifth Security Corps of the Security Police conducted secondary data collection, and through in-depth interviews, cross-analyzed the impact of the pension reform on the retirement of the police officers of the Fifth Corps of the Security Police. And make the following specific conclusions,I look forward to raising relevant recommendations for the future police personnel policy and will help the police. 1. The government should have sufficient pre-existing measures and communication channels for pension reform. 2. The police are different from the general public servants, and the replacement rate should be reasonably planned. 3. In response to the slowdown in police retirement, the plan should be planned as soon as possible, and the police retirement system should be planned separately. 4. The pension system should be reviewed regularly with time. 5. Postponing the retiring of the police will cause the organization to age and adversely develop the organization.
