By interviewing retired officers,find out what would affect their employment after retirement.The study is mainly about these point-first,unemploy ment and career change; second,adjustments to new jobs third, current measures of employ ment services. To conduct this study, ten retired field officers will be interviewed to realize their employment stats after they retired. Thus,it is necessary to confirm interviewees,the outline,and then contact them to hare interviews.After the interviews,gather and analyze the information. Last but not least, select and remove unnecessary information and produce a satisfying result. To conduct the study, the outline will be made first. Through the interviews out their career change after retire adjustments to new jobs. The surver sent to participants via e-mail; the participants can respond through paper or recording and send it back. According to their replies, contact the interviewees by phone or talk to them face to face.The interview will take them less than one hour. After gathering and analyzing the data,the content will be subsequently yielded. As for the process of employment, it includes the otives of employment after retirement,the pressure of unemployment, unemployment experiences, the factors of career change, procedures of employment, employ ment information, the acquirement of job requirements,job training, the reason and duration of unemployment, and sources of living expenses when being unemployed.
