In the experiment, the following conditions were used:4.0 mg/L HCN concentration, 30 L/min gas flow, 22±2 ℃ temperature and 55±5 %RH humidity with 1 ppm Breakthrough Concentration. then Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionization Detector (GC-FID) was used to identify and measure the concentration of HCN gas adsorption rate by the ASMZ Dip dyeing activated carbon system. The data from the GC-FID results will also be used to calculate for the Breakthrough Curve and time. Collectively, the study will reveal the effect of ambient temperature on the effectiveness of ASMZ Dip dyeing activated carbon canisters, which can be then used as a determinant an its average lifespan and efficiency.
